Epsom Salts Bath
After your massage, or as a gentle weekly detox, add 1kg of Epsom Salts to your bath and soak for 30 – 40 minutes. The magnesium sulfate from the salts flushes away the excess lactic acid and gives a gentle flush to the liver, kidney and bowel.. so relaxing and so good !
